Annette Rubio

Annette is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry, having been with Farmers since 1991. Over the years, she has gained a wealth of experience and knowledge in various roles and responsibilities within the company.

Since 2001, she has been working on the District side in addition to her regular duties as an Agency Business Consultant. In her current role, she works closely with new agents to help them get started on the right foot and also provides support to all agents who encounter exceptions, service issues, or complaints.

She is responsible for training new agents and staff on quoting, products, and underwriting, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles. Annette takes pride in helping agents stay on track with agency goals, achievements clubs, and district promotions.

In addition, she is responsible for preparing monthly reports for the District on new business premiums, commercial policies, and bonus trackers. These reports help the District leadership team make informed decisions and track progress toward their goals.
